MONSORA AI PROCESSING AND AUTO-FILING NOTICE

Last updated: October 12, 2026. This notice explains what the AI Features do, what data is sent to the model provider, and the controls available to you. It supplements the Monsora Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What the AI Features do

The AI Features may support semantic search, recognition of creative context at import, automatic tagging, metadata and lineage extraction, deduplication, content classification, auto-filing into Capsules, prompt reconstruction and optional image descriptions.

What is sent

When the AI Features are enabled, Monsora may send to the model provider: images you add; images extracted locally from videos you import (but not the video files themselves); text associated with your material; and text or image search queries. Only the content needed for the relevant feature is sent.

Who processes it

The current model provider is Google LLC through the Gemini API on a billing-enabled paid service tier. Google applies automated safety screening and may use authorised human review for safety and policy enforcement. Under the current service terms, safety-related logs may be retained for up to 55 days.

No model training

Monsora does not use your User Content to train, fine-tune, evaluate or improve a general-purpose AI or machine-learning model. We use a paid Gemini service under terms that do not permit prompts or responses to be used to train or improve Google’s general-purpose models.

Auto-filing

If you import material without selecting a target Capsule, the AI Features may propose a classification and filing destination. If you do not act on a proposed result within seven (7) days, it is confirmed automatically. You can review and change AI-generated classifications.

Your controls

Outside regions where separate consent is required, the AI Features may be enabled by default after a brief explanation of how they operate and how you can disable them. Where separate consent is required, including for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the AI Features are not enabled until you provide the required separate consent.

You may disable the AI Features at any time. Monsora will then stop new AI transmissions. Disabling the AI Features does not remove your original User Content from your cloud library.

Consent screen for regions requiring separate consent

I agree that Monsora may send the content described above to its AI provider for the AI Features, including where that content may reveal sensitive or special-category personal data. I understand that the provider may conduct safety screening and retain limited safety logs as described above, and that I may withdraw this consent at any time in Settings.
